It was the barefoot run and the first time back into running. I was surprised how easily I got back into it.

Again I felt good. Nothing apeared wrong. We ran to Turtle Creek and back.

I ran on my own around my hometown. It's harder to run on my own but I did it with no complications.

Today was the run in the dirt. I felt more tired today. I am hoping it is the fact I am not used to running up hill/I didn't get to bed as early as I should have the night before. I felt good after though.

It was my first 4 mile run since I got back. I felt fine through the whole run but got sucked into a "freshman race" so I seemed to be pushing myself hard... Maybe too hard... Well I guess I won't know until tomorrow. I won by the way...

Today was the dirt mile run. I felt like we were going faster than our "normal" pace but I wasn't exactly sure if we were supposed to be going faster. I hit a couple divits in the dirt which slowed me down a bit but I felt like I was doing pretty well. Again I felt more tired than usuall but I am not as in shape I as I used to be so hopefully soon I get out of this "get tired on random days" funk.

Today we did the dirt trail again. At first I was really tired but I woke up at the turn around and felt great! Mr. Plumb cut me off todat and that's when I changed... I got... angry...

Today we did a run by Maverik 'n stuff. I felt normal 'n stuff. I am bumbed that coach won't let me count the miles I walked during the Trek 'n stuff. It was a lot of miles 'n stuff.

We did the dirt mile run. I felt good and bad at the same time. I felt bad because there were some reasons I wanted to stop and I felt good because I didn't let those reasons stop me. I fell a little behind on the way back but I think it was because I stopped after the three laps and I lost a lot of momentum and the thought of being almost done kept going through my head. What I need to start doing is keep pushing myself all the way to the end because I know I can do it but it is just so easy not to.

Today we did the 3 mile barefoot run. I'm saying 4 because of running to the grass and back and doing the two laps with the kids. I always feel better running in the grass. It just comes to me better than the other runs I guess.

Sorry I didn't make it to the team practice today coach. There were some misunderstandings with directions. So, I got lost and by the time I realized I was it was like ten after seven. So I went back home and did a five mile run on my own. I felt completly great! It felt like the best five miles I have ever ran in a while. It was awesome! On my run I also had a vision. Instead of cowbells this year we have stop signs with the "un" and "pable" on it (like the spraypaint idea) and have our cheering fans be holding them. We could get them at the Fastsigns store that is right by Pine View! What do you think? I also made a shirt idea. I will send it to your email. Tell me what you think. So sorry I couldn't make it to practice but I did run and I streched.

I did a 4 mile run around my neighborhood. I didn't feel as good as yesterday. The ball of my right foot kind of hurt today. It didn't cause me to walk or stop but it was still there. Every time I took a step a shock started there and went around the top of my foot. But like I said before it wasn't bad enough to stop me from running.

I felt good at the beginning... then we hit the hill... I have to admit it was a difficult hill. After the hill I started feeling better and my energy started coming back. Once we got to the school I got a stomach cramp. I think it was just from the hill. But over all I think today was a good run. I feel better now that I am now running with the 'faster' group. It helps me get to where I couldn't get before. It's fantastic!

We did the dirt mile run today. I really don't like those divits. If you even take one step off of the trail you are done for. I'm lucky nothing bad has happend to my ankle yet. This always seems to be the work out I get most tired on.

Today was a good 4 mile run. Jared and I really pushed ourselves on the way back. I felt very good. The striders went well too. I don't know what it is but Jared and my toes were both hurting. Jared is a really good person for me to run with because I believe that we both are at the same level and we both to be on and see eachother on Varsity so we both push eachother. It really helps.

Today we did the barefoot run. Again I just feel awesome when doing it. We also did the kids camp thing, and oh my goodness, they are a crazy bunch.

Today we ran at Pine View Park. I got lost on the way there but luckily a rescue dog found me and took me where I needed to be. It felt strange running around my neighborhood and not having my house be the final destination. Well it was a good run and I felt great!

Today we did the 4 mile run by Maverick and again I ran with Jared. It was a nice run and I felt good. Good way to start the week.

It was a good run over all but before practice I felt sick. Like, sick enough that I was thinking of not going to practice today. I started feeling better when we started running. I feel really good that I was running with Tyson. He was keeping me at a pace that I should be at. Going back up the hill (the big one by the fire station and the radio place) I started feeling sick again but not as bad as this morning. After I streched I stared feeling good again. It was strange. But I feel like today was a very successful run and I did well and I am glad I came.

I can't lie. Today wasn't the best run I have done in the past. I could tell I was dehydrated at the beginning and the fact I didn't act upon it was the worst mistake I have ever done. Well maybe not the worst mistake but it is pretty high up in the list of mistakes. What also seemed weird is a lot of people weren't feeling good today. I wonder what is going on... I'm just glad I didn't "grown up" barf.
