Today was a good 4 mile run. Jared and I really pushed ourselves on the way back. I felt very good. The striders went well too. I don't know what it is but Jared and my toes were both hurting. Jared is a really good person for me to run with because I believe that we both are at the same level and we both to be on and see eachother on Varsity so we both push eachother. It really helps.

That is a great thought (about you and Jared). I think both of you are very similar and do really help each other out. I am keeping you (and others) a little lower on the mileage just 'cause you don't have quite as much base. No stress... it is a long season and you'll get where you want/need to be for sure.
