We did the dirt mile run. I felt good and bad at the same time. I felt bad because there were some reasons I wanted to stop and I felt good because I didn't let those reasons stop me. I fell a little behind on the way back but I think it was because I stopped after the three laps and I lost a lot of momentum and the thought of being almost done kept going through my head. What I need to start doing is keep pushing myself all the way to the end because I know I can do it but it is just so easy not to. |
