Well... I am not married, I have no children, I don't even have a girl friend. Yeah I'm just a kid running and trying to get fast.

Today was the dirt mile run. I felt like we were going faster than our "normal" pace but I wasn't exactly sure if we were supposed to be going faster. I hit a couple divits in the dirt which slowed me down a bit but I felt like I was doing pretty well. Again I felt more tired than usuall but I am not as in shape I as I used to be so hopefully soon I get out of this "get tired on random days" funk.

"this "get tired on random days" funk."

is just getting back into shape.

I think our pace was just a little quicker today - one, because I am feeling fresh as I taper and I was pulling you guys quicker; and two, because we were hitting laps it felt a little more like a workout and everyone pushed just a little more.

However, soon you will be holding that no big deal for many miles.

Enjoy the trek - be safe!
