I felt good at the beginning... then we hit the hill... I have to admit it was a difficult hill. After the hill I started feeling better and my energy started coming back. Once we got to the school I got a stomach cramp. I think it was just from the hill. But over all I think today was a good run. I feel better now that I am now running with the 'faster' group. It helps me get to where I couldn't get before. It's fantastic! |
