I really hate this whole "recovery" thing. I hate the feeling of this special treatment. Like I'm not good enough to be where I am. It frustrates me that I can't be running to the best of my abilities! I can't wait for the day when I am back to normal and I can hurt because the work out is hard, not because I can't breath. During the work out my breathing was pretty bad. It got better (not healthy better) when I got a drink, so that's good. And I felt completely fine during weights and jumps too, so that is also good. I really hope I am feeling better by, at least, Friday. Preferably two weeks ago but Friday is the what I am aiming for now.
