I think that is right. Well it was a easy run of 200's. It would have been easier if I had spikes but, you know, what evs. I know I shouldn't be doing this but I am nervous for state. It is mostly coming from my hurting ankle but I am taking care of it 'n biz. So... yup.

It was a run in the park with striders. I had to go to the bathroom the whole time doing striders so it sucked! But it was a nice run overall.
