Yup, that's it. I am totally sick and it is driving me bonkers! I tried to run this morning but I had to stop to hack out my lungs! At school is when it started getting worse. That is when it really hit me. I already had a sore throat and a little cough but then the back of my neck started hurting, my body felt like poo, and I got flashes of nausea. It is not a fun package. So I didn't run after school and got a orange smoothie with strawberries and a shot of vitamin C mixed in. When I got home I took a Day-Quil. I hope I start feeling better because I really do want to be out there with the team. |
