Well my ankle is feeling better! It's still sort of there but not bad. Now I have a really bad sore throat! It hurt when I ran! What the flip?! Why am I being cursed with such pains and sufferings?! It really sucks.... a lot.... I hate it.... a lot.... But it was good to run more than 3 this time. I can start doing normal work outs but Mark says don't do hills and make the speed work outs more simplified. I hope that isn't enough change in my work out to have me not go up with the team.
