WOW! Can, I just start off saying that run was poop! Well, it was my fault at some points. I really need to learn to drink more water! Drinking water is a big thing I need to work on. I was feeling light headed, my mouth was dry, and I was even getting chills. I am glad we stopped at the river because I think I could have suffered something serious! The river was my savior! It felt so fantastic! I think if I just start drinking more water, I will be okay and I will start doing better on my runs. I also decided that I will be showing up to more morning runs than required of me. I think that will be better for me to do because I really do need to step it up and if student council ever gets in the way (which I don't think should happen often) I will have some mileage for that day. So I think on Tuesdays and Thursdays I will show up every now and then. |
