Today was a easy 5 mile run with 4 200's. Well it was supposed to be easy! But again my legs are so pooped! Well I decided my whole body is pooped. I really think the reason I am so tired lately is because I haven't been getting as much sleep and I haven't been eating as much because of the perfect combo of Homecoming Week and being a parent. I am really happy that my parents are back. I think I should be back to my normal self in like a week or something. My fingers are crossed for the race tomorrow. |
