I think that ended up being the total amount of miles (calculator work). WORST! WORK OUT! EVER! Why didn't Tyson warn me about it's horribleness! It was so bad it reminded me of the the darkest creature rising from the most evil swamp letting all of his wicked ways smite this corrupt and man-like world like a lightning bolt on a metal tray! But seriously, it wasn't that bad. It's just it was a lot more intense than what I thought. The hard part and what freaked me out the most was the cool down. My left knee was just so tense! It got so bad I couldn't move my legs in a running fashion! So I stopped and rubbed my knotty muscles (tehe) and slowly jogged it back. It felt better after that. So I am going to stretch extra and roll out my legs tonight in hopes I don't get injured.
