I think I added that up correctly. We did Michigan's. I thought I was doing well at the beginning and during that I was thinking "hey, I might do very well with this!" But then the most horrible thing happened; My right shoe came untied! It was during the second to last 1200 when it happened. I didn't think it was legal to stop to tie it so I kept running and the shoe kept on becoming more and more loose. Soon I had to adjust with every step. It was a mess. After I finally got permission and tied my shoe I felt a lot better and my pace got a little faster. Over all I was a little depressed with my over all time. Oh well, there is next time and I'm not going to let this ruin my running life :) Haha! That sounded totally lame and cheesey!
