Today's morning run I took very easy. My legs are still feeling sore but I am taking better care of them.

Today we did Cruzers. The first couple weren't that bad but the last one, I don't know if it was the thought I was almost done, but it was a lot slower for me. Another thing I now feel should be my next thing to get over (I don't think hills are that bad on me anymore) are negative thoughts. When one of them actually gets me to slow down it is so much easier for the others to affect me as well. Sometimes I can get rid of them and I will continue running fine but, when they get me, they get me!

Your right on about the negative thoughts. But it goes the other way too... When you fight one off the next one is easier to fight off!
