Well... I am not married, I have no children, I don't even have a girl friend. Yeah I'm just a kid running and trying to get fast.

Today I was really shocked with how many boys didn't show up to morning practice. A lot of the people that didn't show up are the people that keep telling me that they want to improve. I remember when I was like that; wanting to improve but didn't want to work for it. Doesn't make sense but people still do it.

Today's work out was pretty intense. 8 miles with (about) 15 minutes of tempo. That was the first time that I stayed that long with the Varsity boys (myself? I don't know what to call them now that I am one of them... It's kind of cool haha!) during a tempo. It was always so easy just to fall behind during a tempo before, but now I know that there is no room for that with what I need to do to get the team where we need to be.

I had the hardest time finding a bathroom around our school during the run. Either the building was locked, I couldn't find the bathroom and no one was there, or they said it was illegal for them to let me use it (I think they store dead bodies in them!). I hated it! Not only did it hurt because I had to hold it in, but I also had to make a lot of stops to see if I could find one! It kind of frustrated me!
